Dr. Joan Enric Capellà

Passionate about creation, knowledge and development. Joan Enric has left his comfort zone several times: the first when he left academia and enter the business world; the second when he came out of the political closet and dealt with the media taboos; and the third time when he stepped down from executive positions and faced the enormous challenge of creating a business of his own and fight tooth and nail in a country in which being an entrepreneur truly deserves the Gold Medal. Being a founding partner of SOM Hotels (2013) is the business challenge he is grappling with today.
