Mr. Diego Calvo

Diploma in Hotel Management from the University of the Balearic Islands and a Master’s Degree in Hotel Management from the Sant Pol de Mar Hospitality School, University of Girona.

20 years of experience in the hotel sector having worked at Marriot, Hilton, NH Hotels, Expo Hotels & Resorts and the Playasol Hotel Group until 2012 when he founded the Concept Hotel Group, which currently has five hotels on the island of Ibiza, where he is the CEO. He has close links to the world of rock ‘n’ roll and he is also the founder and owner of the promotion company Rock Nights.

ABSTRACT

My presentation will focus on concept hotels and the importance of added value in hotel products to ensure guests have the best experience possible.
