Dolores Ordóñez has a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Deusto, Spain. She specialises in EU Law and also has an Executive Master’s Degree in Innovation. She specialises in innovative strategies mainly aligned with Smart Cities, tourism and smart destinations and sustainability. She is a member of GT Destinos Inteligentes (Smart Destinations GT) at the University of the Balearic Islands.
She is Vice-President of Planetic (a Spanish technology platform for ICT) and Vice-President of the International Cluster of Information and Communication Technologies Applied to Tourism (TURISTEC). She is also Vice-President of the Spanish national GAIA-X hub and co-leader of the working group on tourism data. She has been selected as one of the ten experts in Smart Tourist Destinations of the European Union.
She is coordinator of the track on a smart and sustainable transition in tourism for the Intelligent Cities Challenge of the European Commission and an expert in tourism for Eurochambres within EU4BCC.
With more than 20 years of experience as European project manager at various public authorities in the Balearic Islands and the private sector, she currently manages complex EU projects in various fields. She is a speaker at numerous conferences worldwide and teaches subjects related to the European Union, smart cities, smart tourism and sustainability.

As Director of AnySolution, she is responsible for innovative strategic plans for public and private entities, the implementation of EU projects and development of the NADIA data-based IoT platform.
